The User understands that the legal classification of Tokens is not well established, and legal precedents do not exist. There is a risk that courts or regulatory bodies may determine that the rights associated with Tokens cannot be validly transferred.

The Issuer may rely on third-party service providers for aspects of Token creation, transfers, and other functionalities. The Issuer has no control over third-party software, systems, or operations and cannot guarantee their functionality.

The User understands that Token-related projects, including IFT, may be abandoned due to various factors, including lack of funding, regulatory challenges, or market conditions. Even if launched, there is no assurance that Tokens will retain functionality or value.

The User acknowledges that alternative projects may emerge, and Tokens do not confer rights to share in any profits or benefits related to the Issuer's projects.

6. Security and Cyber Risks

The User acknowledges the risk of hacking, cyber-attacks, and unauthorized access that could result in the theft or loss of Tokens.

The User understands that public blockchain systems may be vulnerable to mining attacks, including double-spending and majority control attacks, which could impact Token security and execution.

7. Market and Volatility Risks

The User acknowledges that the blockchain industry is highly volatile and unpredictable. Market conditions may adversely affect the demand, usability, and valuation of Tokens, including IFT.

Prices of blockchain assets, including Tokens, are subject to significant fluctuations and may be affected by external market factors.

8. Development and Maintenance Risks

The User understands that the underlying blockchain may not be actively maintained, and vulnerabilities may not be promptly addressed, impacting Token reliability.

9. Liquidity and Value Risks

The User acknowledges that there may be no access to exchanges or secondary markets for Tokens, and their value may depreciate significantly over time, resulting in a complete loss.

10. Taxation and Compliance Risks

The User is solely responsible for assessing the tax implications of acquiring, holding, selling, swapping, or otherwise disposing of Tokens and must seek independent tax advice.

11. Private Key and Access Risks

The User acknowledges that access to Tokens is contingent upon maintaining secure control over private keys. The loss of a private key or Wallet Address credentials will result in the permanent and irreversible loss of Tokens. The Issuer bears no responsibility for lost or compromised access.

12. No Liability and No Guarantees

The Issuer provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the functionality, availability, or value of Tokens, including IFT. The User assumes all risks associated with acquiring, holding, and transacting with Tokens. The Issuer shall not be liable for any financial, legal, or operational consequences arising from Token ownership or transactions.
